Abstract
Recently, China National Machinery Group China Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Heavy Machinery Research Institute") independently developed a complete set of domestic first set of 800mm copper strip six-roll medium finishing mill project for Anhui Xinke Copper Industry Co., Ltd., which successfully passed the final examination and acceptance.
Anhui Xinke 800mm copper strip six-roll finishing mill project is Xinke materials in the original copper strip product structure adjustment, product specifications and product quality upgrading, on the basis of the expansion of high-precision high-quality copper strip production line in the core key equipment. The unit produces in-process, residual and finished materials of brass, high copper, bronze and cupronickel, with an annual output of 30000 tons, a maximum rolling speed of 600 m/min, a product thickness accuracy of 2 microns, a plate shape mean square deviation of not more than 5I, a residual oil on the surface of the strip of not more than 100mg/m2, and no pressure marks and scratches on the surface of the product.
In recent years, China Heavy Duty Institute has been committed to the research and development and innovation of wide-width high-precision high-quality copper strip rolling technology and equipment. On the basis of mastering the international cutting-edge technology in the field of copper strip rolling, China Heavy Duty Institute has realized the localization of core key process technology and equipment capabilities. In the development and design of the unit, in order to meet the stable production of high-precision and high-quality copper strip, the unit developed and applied a small roll diameter UCM six-roll mill suitable for copper strip rolling, using the work roll positive and negative bending no dead zone switching technology, high-precision small rolling force thickness control system, high-precision plate measurement and control system, high-efficiency strip surface degreasing technology, high-quality product surface quality comprehensive control technology, etc., to ensure the product yield and unit productivity.
