Abstract
On February 2, the Achievement Management and Transformation Center of the Science and Technology Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region organized experts to conduct an on-site comprehensive performance evaluation on the autonomous region's scientific and technological achievements transformation project "Crop Straw Cutting, Crushing and Pressing Equipment Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation" undertaken by Hohhot Branch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hohhot Branch of China Agricultural Machinery Institute").
The expert group listened to the report on the overall work of the project implementation, watched the video of the project results and reviewed the comprehensive performance evaluation materials. After questioning and discussion, it was agreed that the comprehensive performance evaluation materials for the project "Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Crop Straw Cutting, Crushing and Pressing Equipment" were complete, all task indicators and fund use met the requirements of the project task book, and the comprehensive performance evaluation conclusion was good.
The project has designed key devices such as double-blade-shaft cutting and kneading device, header suspension floating shock absorption mechanism, secondary shockproof transmission system, etc. 9YJS-2.2A2 double-blade-shaft straw cutting and kneading square baler has been developed, with a picking width of 2.21m, matching power higher than 75kW, and a baling rate higher than 98%. Under the support of the project, the annual output capacity of 110 units has been reached, with a total sales of 66 units. 10 technical backbones were trained and 23 people were trained in production, technology and service.
The smooth implementation of the project provides a solid technical and equipment support for China's straw harvesting industry. The successful transformation and wide application of the results of the project will have a huge role in promoting the comprehensive utilization of straw, alleviating the contradiction between grass and livestock, and increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, and contribute to the further promotion of my country's ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful China.
