Hefei General Institute won the bid for the water cooling system of Hefei Advanced Light Source National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure Project of China University of Science and Technology

Abstract

Recently, SINOMACH Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hefei General Institute") won the bid for the water cooling system of Hefei advanced light source national major scientific and technological infrastructure project of China University of science and technology.

According to the cooling water demand of the project, Hefei General Institute has given full play to its technical advantages in the fields of high-precision control, mechatronics and system integration, carefully constructed the process flow, formulated a perfect cooling water system scheme, efficiently integrated process cooling to ensure each functional module, realized the accurate control of multi-objective coupling design parameters and temperature of cooling water system, and provided the core guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of Hefei advanced light source process equipment.

After the completion of the project, it will break through the problems of multi-temperature domain precise temperature control and micro-vibration control of more than 2000 terminal equipment of Hefei advanced light source, realize automatic control, real-time monitoring and early warning of nearly 8000 process parameters, and ensure that Hefei advanced light source plays a key role in important fields such as physics, electronics, information, chemistry and chemical industry, materials, life science and so on, it lays an important foundation for the innovative application of special environment simulation and control technology in large scientific devices and major national scientific and technological infrastructure.
