The bus water supply quick connector is designed as a spinning taper tube, which is mainly composed of a locking tube, an inner shrink tube and a rubber sealing ring. It is characterized in that the extension part of the connecting pipe is an internal shrinkage pipe integrated with the connecting pipe, the middle section of the internal shrinkage pipe is a pipe body, an external thread section is between the pipe body and the connecting pipe, and the other end of the pipe body is a locking section. The locking section is a bell mouth, and the locking section has multiple slots longitudinally. The elastic bell mouth sealing ring is placed in the bell mouth port of the locking section, the outer part of the inner shrink tube is sleeved with a locking tube, the locking tube has an internal thread matching the external thread section of the inner shrink tube, and the outer diameter is the same as the outer diameter of the bell mouth of the locking section of the inner shrink tube.
Working principle
The tail end of the connecting pipe is connected with the ground water supply pipe. Butt the elastic bell mouth sealing sleeve of the quick plug joint with the passenger car upper water pipe, hold the handle and rotate the locking pipe, the inner shrinkage pipe moves inward relative to the locking pipe, the inner bell mouth of the locking pipe compresses the locking section of the inner shrinkage pipe, and the longitudinal slot of the locking section is reduced, so that the locking section presses the elastic bell mouth sealing sleeve, and the elastic bell mouth sealing sleeve is closely combined with the passenger car upper water pipe, thus completing the docking of the water pipe. When the tube is unloaded, the handle rotates in the opposite direction, and the locking tube moves backward, so that the locking section of the inner shrinkage tube returns to the natural state, and the elastic bell mouth sealing sleeve returns to the natural state, so that the quick-fit connector can be easily pulled out.
